Why Luxury Brands Choose Us
Components held to the same standard, order after order.
We align finishes carefully, communicate clearly, and support development decisions with rigour — from first sample to repeat production.
Integrated Solutions, One Contact
We coordinate specialized facilities — zinc alloy, stainless steel, electroplating — providing a single point of contact for complex, multi-material projects.
International Standards, Hong Kong Agility
Manufacturing coordinated in Asia and held to the standards luxury programmes demand — with the responsiveness and cost control that keep development and production moving.
Discipline in Everything
Transparent costing reduces surprises. Structured project management supports delivery planning across development and the transition into production.
Responsible Manufacturing
We reduce material waste in production and use recycled metals where supply integrity can be verified.
Core Capabilities
Select the manufacturing capability that aligns with your product brief.
From bag hardware to decorative functional parts to fully custom components.

Precision Buckles & Clasps
Buckles, clasps and locks for luxury bags and leather goods. Zinc alloy, brass and stainless steel — finished to your brand spec.

Zipper Pulls & Functional Hardware
Zipper pulls, D-rings, snap hooks, and decorative hardware that carry the signature of the brand. Seasonal delivery planning included.

Custom Component Development
From concept to approved sample — we co-develop components that no catalog can offer. For brands that need something built, not just chosen.
Material Excellence
When the project calls for material confidence, start here.
For hardware that has to hold its finish and feel, stainless steel is where our material discipline shows most — 316L and MIM options, backed by rigorous material, process and QA protocols.

Metal Injection Molding (MIM)
MIM enables complex geometries in 316L with consistent mechanical performance — meeting the tolerances and finish requirements luxury work demands.

Materials Expertise
Zinc alloy, stainless steel, brass, copper alloy. Full electroplating capabilities: gold, silver, nickel, chrome, PVD, and custom colour matching.

Quality Assurance
Every production route is validated before launch — sample approval, in-process checks, and pre-shipment inspection, scoped to each project’s compliance requirements.
How We Work
From concept to repeat production
A clear, proven process shaped through long-term work with fashion hardware programs.
01
Consult & Design
Share your concept, sketches or reference samples. Our engineering team collaborates with your designers to optimize for both aesthetics and manufacturability.
02
Prototype & Refine
Receive samples through a structured review and approval path. Iterate on materials, finishes and mechanisms until they match the approved standard.
03
Production & QC
We plan production against validated routes, with pre-shipment inspection built into every order. Real-time progress updates and delivery follow-up run throughout.
04
Deliver & Support
Global logistics coordination. Post-delivery technical support. Many programmes continue into the next collection because the working rhythm stays consistent from development through production.
Our Story
He showed us his Italian-made copper hardware. We engineered it to go further.
At a trade show in Thailand, we met an Italian designer who shared his existing hardware — crafted in copper by Italian artisans. The quality was impressive.
We re-engineered the component in stainless steel, optimizing both aesthetics and material performance. When the designer held the finished piece, it kept everything the copper original promised — and gained the strength to last.
That’s how we work: we don’t just match an existing part — we look for the version of it that serves the brand better.
Hardware that performs as well as it looks — developed for your next collection.
Whether you’re an established luxury house or an emerging designer, bring us your brief — we’ll show you where precision engineering can take it.
