Inspection and delivery planning

Bulk shipments are checked against AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects unless the customer specifies otherwise. Pre-shipment checks are performed by our in-house QC team; third-party or client-nominated inspection can be coordinated, and inspection documentation is available on request.

Yes. Development can start from a product brief, a reference image or an existing part. The practical next step is to pin down material, finish target, expected quantity range and timeline, so the path is defined early.
How do you control finish consistency?
We manage finish consistency through approved references, sample review and pre-production alignment. The earlier the finish expectation is fixed, the lower the risk of mismatch later in development.
Can you support smaller trial orders?
We can support trial and pilot-stage runs. Feasibility depends mainly on tooling and process route — an existing die or standard component keeps the entry threshold low, while new tooling or MIM sintering batches raise it. Share your intended use case and quantity range, and we will tell you plainly whether a pilot run makes sense.

At minimum, include product type or reference image, target material or finish, estimated quantity range, launch or delivery timing, and any compliance requirements. That information usually shortens the first review cycle significantly.
